We have been talking to an inside source in the Cook County Sheriff's Department who claims to have been witness to a potentially huge eviction scandal and coverup in the Sheriff's department. Our source tells us that an internal investigation was launched a few years ago within the Department reguarding evictions after a complaint was filed with the departments Internal Affairs Division. Our source tell us that the complaint was a bomb shell and implicated very high ranking members of the Dart administration in huge Eviction scandal that would of been very detrimental to the departments image if the story went public. The source tell us how the scandal was allegedly carried out. Evictions have to proceed in the order they were filed by state and federal law. Evictions can be a very lucrative business for lawyers and people involved cause of the long drawn out process that can occur. Our source claims that very high ranking members of the department were allegedly involved in a kickback scheme for years, that involved lavish gifts and monetary gain in return for certain evictions to be moved to the front of the line. Our source claims that one of the major parties involved, spouse worked at a law firm that benefited greatly from the eviction business. The source also claims that Dart's Internal Affairs department abruptly closed the investigation after giving the major parties involved a slap on the wrist. The source also alleges that the Sheriff's department Internal Affairs or OPR as they are referred as, did not turn over their findings to the proper authorities. Our source claims that the two high ranking members that were knee deep in this alledged scandal have very close ties to Mayor Daley. One of them is even blood related to the mayor according to our source. The other major player was promoted by Dart and kept his position even after the scandal was allegedly investigated by Internal Affairs. Our question is why this investigation was not turned over to the proper authorities and WHO are they trying to protect? And how did the major parties involved keep their jobs and positions.

Everyone in the sheriffs department had some knowledge of this but not many new the details. What your source failed to tell you was the person who broke this scandal to Darts internal affairs was given a very cush spot and was taken care of big time. I guess that was a way of keeping her quiet and not going public. Also the major player involved who had a spouse working at an eviction law firm was also given a huge promotion by sheriff Dart and a 40,000 pay raise. Word has it that he was suspended for only 10 days, but somehow kept his 117,000k a year position! What even makes this harder to take is Sheriff Dart treats his front line officers like shit and gives them 30 day suspensions out like candy for minor offenses. Next i will email you about one of Darts lawyers who was found with the needle in his arm on the west side of chicago and the coverup involving that. But thats for another day. Sleep Tight Tommy Boy!

Dart covered it up cause his right hand man was the one being investigated. Dart suspended him for a few days to cover himself. This was a criminal investigation and Dart new it. But of course it was swept under the rug.
All i can tell you is Darts OPR or internal affairs answer to no one but sheriff dart himself. Also Dart was very involved in this investigation and called OPR on a daily basis for updates. He controlled the outcome of this investigation not OPR.
I know state rep bill cunningham was in the sheriffs dept then suddenly left quickly. I wonder if he was involved.
Bill cunningham was Darts Chief Of Staff At The Time. However, We Have NO evidence To prove He Was Involved in this alleged scandal.

Tom Dart was quick to fire three officers for allegedly working security off duty.But only suspended a superintendant that was running the whole thing oh and busted him down to chief. Well months later the same boss was promoted to supt.And the other officers are still fired. Where is the justice for this since working a secondary without permission is a three to five day suspension.Its all about who you know.I hope those officers get their job back and sue the jagoff that calls himself sheriff.I cant wait see dart get what he has coming.....
Thr real untold story in the Dart administration is all the officers sitting in deputy jail for years before OPR even gets to their cases. Within the sheriff dept they call OPR the gustapo because of the way they target mostly white officers for petty offenses. The director of OPR is a black and its well known that white officers are gone after more harshly. Thats why the dept has to work so short staffed in dangerous conditions cause so many officers are in deputy jail shufffling papers. Our union steward told us that Dart has 170 officers in deputy jail while Sheehan had 7 when he left office. One guy we spoke to got in an argument with his wife, the neighbors called the police and they took him too station, cause anytime on a domestic call they have to by law. His wife never filed charges and no physical contact was made. He notified the dept cause he had too per general orders. They put him in deputy jail for 2 1/2 years before Darts OPR cleared him to go back to work. Their are so many hooror stories reguarding OPR but we will leave that for another day.
I cant wait for the day dart has to pose for his mug shot. He has hurt so many people through OPR and their gastapo tactics.
Give it a few months Tom Dart is about to recieve a few law suits becouse he signed off on unlawfull terminatins that his OPR completely fucked up.As usual the brass got off and the front line officers got fired.I cant wait to see the face on that asshole.I hope he gets what all those officers went through. Im pretty sure he has enough money to make it through with all the kickbacks and all his suckdick buddies who praise him.He soon will feel the hurt.I just hope they make him pay instead of tax payers.KARMA got to love it....

Several Deputy Sheriffs have been moved from the eviction unit.
Some voluntarily to the Child Support Unit and many others due to separate and distinct "OPR investigations"
Who initiated these OPR investigations?
What is the status of the Opr Investigations.
What facts have been cataloged.
The vacated positions are temporarily filled with Deputy Sheriffs from court facilities on a rotating basis.
What if anything did the "transferred out" people know?
Was the revolving replacement scheme an attempt to keep anyone from gaining too much information?
Another curious fact is the whole Warrant, Levy, and Eviction unit has been fractured.
This was done at a time where budget cuts are demanded, however someone has been able to expand one unit into three.

Codillis and Associates processed my foreclosure. During the 6 months of their paperwork their phones wouldn't work. After they had processed the foreclosure , they told me they were having trouble with their phones , but that's it's fixed now and thanks for asking.They had the sale of my property in an office somewhere on Wacker Drive. My Lawyer couldn't even find the place with their directions. Seems like they had more than just a little help.
Detective Baretta,I have some of the old paperwork from the foreclosure and the problems with getting the Codilis Associates on the phone. I think if you could file suit to have the phone records pulled you will find that there is a lot of information that would be incriminating to Codilis. The property that I owned that was foreclosed by Codilis was in Wheeling,Illinois and was slated for the River Run development which was connected to the Daleys through the Stratievsky and Vanecko interests.I think that DB investments were involved in trying to obtain my property for the River Run project , which at the time was guesstimated at costing 500 million. If it follows that these were some of the people that did Millenium Park that would probably be a one billion dollar construction project. That's the kind that has enough $$ to spread around to all the Daley Faithful.
Now it makes sense why the eviction on my deadbeat tenant was
never carried out. This despite going through the whole legal process and paying
the Sheriff all fees. Deadbeat tenant left on their own after I harrassed them a bit.
I say bring the FBI to his office!

Dart has to be made accountable but no one will do it, get used to the idea the FEDS only like to get low hanging fruit, or huge clowns like Blago.
The director of OPR is Turner. Skinny black guy glasses bald always wheres gq suits, always wears long sleeve shirts even in 120° weather, he is also a high ranking enforcer for the black P stones or the 4 corner hustlers, he has gang tatoos alk over his body.
Four years ago a dirty officer who was in the same gang as turner was working in div 9 supermax and was taking gang leaders from the tier he was working to the opposite tier across the hall. The officer from the opposite tier told him to fuck off, the dirty officer attempted again, and the officer tokd him to fuck off again. During feeding time in div 9, one officer watches the other officer while he goes inside the tier to feed 52 savages. While the good officer went inside to feed, the dirty officer gave orders for him to get savagely beaten, they tore the skin off his face, he bled half to death and layed in a puddle of blood, the dirty officer just watched. Somehow the good officer managed to get back up and call for help on his radio, while the inmate made a speech about how the inmates have control. Around 45 officers heard the distress call and imediately ran to the location, they all pounded on the door to have the dirty officer open the door but he ignored 45 officers trying to bust down a door even though he was 4 feet from the door. When they finally managed to open the door with a set of emergency keys they went inside and saw the massacre, the officers face was hanging from his head.
The dirty officer never saw a day of suspension because he was in the same gang as turner, Turner actually went to see the injured officer at the hospital and asked him "what did you do to my inmate to get him mad". The dirty officer was previously caught bringing drugs into the jail red handed, and managed to beat the charges from OPR.
This sounds quite a bit exaggerated. At what point did you help? Oh wait this is a first hand account right??
